42 Lower Stables Cottage is located on the Maenporth Estate with panoramic views overlooking the beach and Falmouth Bay, set in mature woodlands, forming a natural backdrop against the sandy beach, with excellent leisure facilities for use by those staying at Maenporth Estate only. The Cove Bistro is at the bottom of the hill, with a beach café close by where some water sports can be enjoyed.
Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall‚s natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions, and the city of Truro.

A spacious three bedroom cottage enjoying sea views, as well as from the balcony and outside terrace. This property is one of four cottages approached by a private path, situated in a quiet position, not far from the leisure facilities. The front door leads to a hall with storage cupboard containing a washer/dryer and a cloakroom with wash basin and W.C. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar opening into the dining area. The living/dining room has double doors leading to its own balcony with patio furniture, having views of the beach and Cove plus Falmouth Bay. The stairs lead down to the three bedrooms.
