A beautiful location in Mawnan Smith. This three bedroom cottage is in a quiet south facing position within Carwinion Gardens (which are of national renown).
The cottage has a kitchen with Rayburn and electric cooker, dining room, lounge with open fireplace and cloakroom on the ground floor. There is a double bedroom, two twin bedded rooms and bathroom with power shower located on the first floor. Outside is a courtyard and lawn with garden furniture. The cottage is fully central heated by electric. Towels are provided. Dogs are permitted.
