The property is convenient to both the north and south coasts, with many delightful country walks in the area, and close to Stithians village, with local shops and Inns, plus the nearby Stithians Water Sports Centre, also a popular place with bird watchers. Ten minute drive from Falmouth and Helston, and a twenty minute drive from Truro. The cottage entrance opens into a lobby area, where there is a downstairs toilet, and a step up into the delightful fully modernised kitchen/diner. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and access to a tumble dryer in an outer building.

The dining area leads to a small hall with stairs to the first floor and entrance to the lounge. The lounge is a lovely cosy room with open fire to supplement the storage heating for the colder winter months. The cottage has large windows with window seats downstairs and enjoys the sun. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, with built in wardrobe, and an en suite shower room with basin and W.C., which is shared. The second bedroom has 3ft bunk beds, with a large airing cupboard. The property is non-smoking.

Kennelling is provided for those wishing to bring the family pet, and pets are allowed into the cottage, but the owners request guests, not to allow the pets upstairs. Private parking is adjacent to the cottage on a gravelled area, where there is an archway leading into the guests' garden, which has garden furniture and a barbecue.
