The stairs lead from the hall to the first floor, where there is a large double bedroom, built in wardrobe and cupboard, with en-suite bathroom having bath, basin and W.C. The second bedroom has 3ft bunk beds, built in wardrobe and cupboard and the third bedroom a single bed. There is also a shower room with basin and W.C.

The property is convenient to both the north and south coasts, with many delightful country walks in the area, and close to Stithians village, with local shops and Inns, plus the nearby Stithians Water Sports Centre.  Ten minute drive from Falmouth and Helston, and a twenty minute drive from Truro.

Private parking is adjacent to the cottage on a gravelled area, where there is an archway leading into the guests’ garden, which has garden furniture and a barbecue.

Kennelling is provided for those wishing to bring the family pet, and pets are allowed into the cottage, but the owners request guests not to allow the pets upstairs. The central heating is oil fired for the colder months. The property is non-smoking.
