Under new ownership, and being re-furbished this one bedroom apartment, sleeping two adults, is situated in Falmouth, just 500 yards from Gyllingvase Beach and very close to the St Michael`s Hotel which has an excellent spa/swimming pool and modern restaurant.

The apartment is located on the first floor with a private balcony off the comfortable lounge/diner, which has a kitchen area and large bay window. The large bedroom has a double bed.  The bathroom has a bath, with shower over and WC, but the bath will be replaced with a walk in shower as part of the refurbishment.  Balcony, lounge and bedroom all have views over Falmouth Bay. 

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the shared laundry.  Non-smoking apartment. There is a sunny communal garden with extensive lawn.  Off-street parking is provided.
