The cottage is reached by a leisurely walk through beautiful woods. The ground floor is spacious open plan with French windows to two elevations, and well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, dining area with refectory table, gas log effect stove in living area. At first floor there is a double, twin room (with two extra beds if required), bathroom and separate shower room. The garden is fully enclosed with lawn and sun deck. There is Sky television, a video and Broadband Internet access. The property has electric heating in all rooms for the colder months as well as the flame effect stove in living area in the lounge. As the cottage is made of wood and has a thatched roof, we strongly prefer visitors not to smoke , it makes it more pleasant for future non-smoking guests.

A charming thatched cottage, right on Pedn Billy Beach on the lovely Helford River, about half a mile from the mouth, sleeps 4/6 people. There is no immediate access for cars. Your luggage will be taken down at the beginning of your stay and up again at the end.
