ON-LINE BOOKING INFORMATION

To help you with our Booking System we have written a step by step procedure and some tips below.

Find your choice of Property.
If you know the property you want, click on 'Properties' in the menu for a simple list of all properies, click the name for details

If searching, use the search box on the Home page or click 'Search' in the menu. Fill in your requirements in the dropdown menus. (Important tip) Note that property changeovers are either Friday or Saturday (there's only one Thursday property). If you choose Saturday you will get ONLY Saturday properties, whereas the property you are looking for may change on a FRIDAY. Please search and try both Fridays and Saturdays as your start dates for the widest possible choice.

Where do I search?
As we have a number of properties at two locations, 'MAENPORTH ESTATE' and 'HELFORD PASSAGE COVE' we have grouped those for ease of searching. All our other properties are under the 'OTHER AREAS' category, or you can search 'ALL LOCATIONS'.

Making the Booking
After your search you'll have a suggested choice of properties, you can either click the 'Continue' link on your chosen property to place the booking or click the 'View Details/Availabilty' link to see more details and enlarged pictures of that property.

Availability and Prices
There is a calendar on every property page - click the month you are interested in, note the colour coding showing available weeks. Start dates are shown initially but you can see prices for relevant weeks by clicking the 'Show Prices' link.
Click on your chosen start date, you'll then go to a page with dropdown menus to confirm 'PARTY SIZE' and 'LENGTH OF STAY'. Fill them in and click 'CONTINUE'.

Details and Payment Form
You will go to the page with your Booking information displayed together with a running cost total. You can fill in any extras you require in the boxes. Fill in your personal details and party members, create an account (if you don't already have one) select payment types and methods and click 'CONTINUE'.

Nearly there
You will see a summary of all your booking details and costs, you may amend them if needed or click 'PLACE BOOKING' to take you to the final confirmation page and you'll then be sent a confirmation email... All done!
