2 The Ridges is located on the Maenporth Estate with panoramic views overlooking the beach and Falmouth Bay, set in mature woodlands, forming a natural backdrop against the sandy beach, with excellent leisure facilities for use by those staying at Maenporth Estate only. The Cove Bistro is at the bottom of the hill, with a beach café close by where some water sports can be enjoyed.
Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall's natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions.

This apartment faces east attracting all the morning sun. Overlooking Maenporth beach and Falmouth Bay beyond, the views are spectacular. Approached from the ground floor at the front door, the apartment is second floor at the front with a balcony leading from the lounge/diner. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one twin and one double, and the bathroom has the benefit of a shower over the bath. The kitchenette is modern and very well equipped. Heating for the colder months is by night store heating and there is double glazing throughout. This apartment is not suitable for a cot or zed bed and is a non smoking apartment. No pets are allowed. No pets are allowed.
