Situated at Helford Passage - on the shores of the Helford River lies this truly unique hamlet with wonderful holiday surroundings of incomparable beauty. The hamlet boasts the famous Ferry Boat Inn, around which the complex is built. The Inn itself, stands right on the waterfront overlooking the river and its informal atmosphere adds to your holiday pleasure.

The beach kiosk is where Helford River Boats operate a ferry service to the other side of the river, and small motor boats can be hired to explore the quiet creeks, or just enjoy a delicious ice cream on the beach. Visit Sarah's shop for gifts, beach wear, jewellery, cards and a range of delightful gifts. Tariff includes bed linen, electricity, heating and use of the Helford Passage pool only.

 
 
 

Stairs and balcony approach this attractive and tastefully furnished first floor apartment located in the Courtyard.  The apartment is light and airy, attracting the morning and evening sun.  The first of the three bedrooms is a double with en-suite shower, wash basin and W.C.  The second bedroom is a two bed "bunk" bedroom, and the third has a single bed.  The comfortable lounge/diner has a well equipped kitchen off with fridge and freezer, and there is a second bathroom.  The property is double-glazed and has night store heating for the colder months.  There is a washing machine with tumble dryer.  This is a non-smoking apartment.  There is a deposit against damages of £100. No Pets. Private car parking for one vehicle.
