Situated at Helford Passage - on the shores of the Helford River lies this truly unique hamlet with wonderful holiday surroundings of incomparable beauty. The hamlet boasts the famous Ferry Boat Inn, around which the complex is built. The Inn itself, stands right on the waterfront overlooking the river and its informal atmosphere adds to your holiday pleasure.
The beach kiosk is where Helford River Boats operate a ferry service to the other side of the river, and small motor boats can be hired to explore the quiet creeks, or just enjoy a delicious ice cream on the beach. Visit Sarah's shop for gifts, beach wear, jewellery, cards and a range of delightful gifts.

Very recently upgraded and refurbished Ground Floor apartment that includes newly tiled flooring throughout along with new furniture including 3ft bunk beds, and sofas. Situated less than 50 metres from the beach, the property is also within close proximity of both the heated swimming pool and the car park. In addition the apartment attracts the sun from mid-day onwards. The accommodation also offers flat screen TV with DVD and digital channels, two bedrooms, one double and one bunk room. Whilst the bathroom incorporates a recently installed shower over the bath along with WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. No pets.
Accessed from the car park via 31 steps down to the Courtyard or a gentle slope from the private car parking bay.
