The Cove Bistro is at the bottom of the hill, with a beach café close by where some water sports can be enjoyed.
Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall's natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions.

This apartment is situated on the lower ground floor, approached by a flight of stairs. It comprises a fitted kitchen, which is open plan to the lounge/dining room. There is a remote controlled television in the double room, with the main bathroom directly opposite with bath, shower, bidet, wash basin and W.C. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room with wash basin and W.C. The bedrooms and lounge have sliding patio doors opening onto large terraces, and all enjoy superb views over the beach and Falmouth Bay beyond. The apartment is fully carpeted throughout. This is a non smoking apartment. No pets are allowed

Access to the apartment is approached from the car parking area by a short walk down 7 steps to the courtyard and entrance to the apartment. There are approximately 15 steps down to the apartment which is on one level.
