Bareppa (26 Crags Cottage) is located on the Maenporth Estate with views overlooking the beach and Falmouth Bay, set in mature woodlands, forming a natural backdrop against the sandy beach, with excellent leisure facilities for use by those staying at Maenporth Estate only. The Cove Bistro is at the bottom of the hill, with a beach café close by where some water sports can be enjoyed.
Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall's natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions.

Tariff includes bed linen, electricity and use of the leisure facilities.

This three bedroom cottage is located on the Maenporth Estate, and enjoys sea and rural views, with its own parking bay.

One step into the entrance leads to the mezzanine level which has a twin bedroom, double bedroom and closet with shower, W.C. and wash basin. Also on this level is the storage cupboard with washing machine/tumble dryer. There are five steps down to the lovely light and airy lounge/dining/kitchen area with French windows leading out onto the private patio from both the lounge and kitchen enjoying country and sea views. There are twelve stairs from the entrance leading up to the first floor which has a double bedroom with television; enjoying extensive views across the bay. There is an en suite shower, bath, W.C. and hand basin. Access to the cottage is approached from the private parking space directly outside the cottage.
