Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall's natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions. The city of Truro is not far away.

This delightful property enjoys wonderful views across Falmouth Bay. The front door is at car park level, leading to a hallway and cloakroom with W.C.
