31 Lower Stables is located on the Maenporth Estate with panoramic views overlooking the beach and Falmouth Bay, set in mature woodlands, forming a natural backdrop against the sandy beach, with excellent leisure facilities for use by those staying at Maenporth Estate only. The Cove Bistro is at the bottom of the hill, with a beach café close by where some water sports can be enjoyed.
Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall's natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions. The city of Truro is not far away.

The main entrance is at car park level with a flight of 15 stairs down to the accommodation, which is all on garden level. The spacious accommodation taking advantage of the excellent views across Falmouth Bay comprises: lounge/dining room with patio doors opening onto private patio and lawns, spacious kitchen area equipped with every modern appliance. The master bedroom with a five foot wide double bed has patio doors to the terrace and lawns, and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The second bedroom with twin beds has a bathroom also with bath, shower and W.C. The property is fully carpeted and has a flat screen television and broadband connection. Night store heaters provide heating for the colder months. Not available for short breaks. No pets are allowed.
