The Cove Bistro is at the bottom of the hill, with a beach café close by where some water sports can be enjoyed. Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall's natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions.

This spacious three bedroom property enjoys wonderful views across the bay. The main entrance is at car park level, with front door into the hallway. On the same level is a large lounge/dining room with sliding patio doors to balcony overlooking the bay. The kitchen area is very well equipped, and there is a cloakroom/shower room with W.C. The 13 stairs lead up to the first floor where the main bedroom with double bed has views overlooking the bay. The twin and bunk bedrooms are to the rear of the apartment. The bathroom has a bath, shower, wash basin and W.C. Toddlers’ high chair, cot plus table and 2 chairs are provided together with beach chairs and equipment. All located in the hall cupboard. There is a telephone in the apartment for incoming calls and emergencies only. No pets are allowed. A deposit against breakages of £50 is required
