Facilities at Maenporth

39 Lower Stables is located on the Maenporth Estate with panoramic views overlooking the beach and Falmouth Bay, set in mature woodlands, forming a natural backdrop against the sandy beach, with excellent leisure facilities for use by those staying at Maenporth Estate only. The Cove Bistro is at the bottom of the hill, with a beach café close by where some water sports can be enjoyed. Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall's natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions.

This spacious three bedroom property enjoys wonderful views across the bay. The main entrance is at car park level, with front door into the hallway. On the same level is a large lounge/dining room with sliding patio doors to balcony overlooking the bay. The kitchen area is extremely well equipped with every modern appliance, and cloakroom/shower room with W.C. Stairs lead up to the first floor with the main bedroom with double bed at the front overlooking the bay, and the twin and single bedrooms to the rear. The bathroom has a bath, shower, wash basin and W.C. The sofa bed is in the lounge. This is a non smoking apartment. A £50 deposit against damages is required. Not available for short breaks.
