Maenporth facilities

41 Lower Stables Cottage is located on the Maenporth Estate with panoramic views overlooking the beach and Falmouth Bay, set in mature woodlands, forming a natural backdrop against the sandy beach, with excellent leisure facilities for use by those staying at Maenporth Estate only. The Cove Bistro is at the bottom of the hill, with a beach café close by where some water sports can be enjoyed.
Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall‚s natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions, and the city of Truro.

Tariff includes bed linen, electricity and use of the leisure facilities.

 
 
 

A delightful, superbly equipped and spacious three bedroom cottage enjoying magnificent sea views from the living room and two bedrooms, as well as from the balcony and outside terrace. This light and airy property is one of four cottages approached by their own private path, ideally situated in a quiet position on the edge of the estate, yet within a few minutes‚ walk of the leisure facilities. The front door leads to a hall with storage cupboard containing a washer/dryer and a cloakroom with wash basin and W.C.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar opening into the dining area. The spacious living/dining room has double doors leading to its own balcony (with patio table set), having superb views of the beach and Cove and out across Falmouth Bay. The stairs lead down to the three bedrooms. The double and twin rooms have sea views and access to a private terrace leading to large lawned gardens. The bunk bedroom has access to its own patio. The bathroom has a bath, shower, wash basin and W.C. Double glazing with night store heating makes for delightful year round accommodation. No smoking allowed.
