The Cove Bistro is at the bottom of the hill, with a beach café close by from where some water sports can be enjoyed.
Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Boat trips on the River Fal can be enjoyed. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall's natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions, and the city of Truro not far away.

Close to the top of the hill offering sea views. This is a spacious three bedroom terraced cottage over two floors within a block of six attached cottages. Approached from the car park by a gentle sloping path to the front door and lobby. The accommodation has a cloakroom with W.C. and wash basin, attractive lounge/diner with double patio doors onto the patio and garden. An excellent kitchen area, magnificently equipped with all modern appliances. The stairs lead up to the first floor where the main bedroom has a king size bed, with en suite shower facilities, wash basin and W.C. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bunk beds. The main bathroom has both bath and shower facilities, wash basin and W.C. Fitted carpets and double glazing throughout. Night store heating for the colder months. No smoking allowed. No pets are allowed.
