Facilities at Maenporth

91 Keeper's Barn is located on the Maenporth Estate, set in mature woodlands, forming a natural backdrop against the sandy beach, with excellent leisure facilities for use by those staying at Maenporth Estate only. The Cove Bistro is at the bottom of the hill, with a beach café close by from where some water sports can be enjoyed.
Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Boat trips on the River Fal can be enjoyed. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall's natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions, and the city of Truro not far away.

This is a really lovely spacious reverse level three bedroom accommodation approached by private driveway with parking for three cars (only for use by residents of 91). Access is from the perimeter track road. The ground floor has an entrance into the large hallway leading to the utility room which is equipped with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and generous cupboard space. The hall leads onto the spacious double-bedded room with en suite shower, wash basin and W.C. Double patio doors to the front of the bedroom with rural views. The twin bedded room has a single patio door and window to side. The bunk bedroom also has a single patio door and window to side. The main bathroom is fitted with bath, separate shower cubicle, sink and bidet plus W.C. The stairs lead to a lovely large lounge/dining room with double aspect floor to ceiling windows with rural outlook. The spacious kitchen is separate and well equipped to a very high standard, with views overlooking the countryside. The cottage is well placed, with easy access to the leisure centre and tennis courts. Freevision TV is provided. There is under-floor heating throughout for the colder months. Towels are supplied. A £50 deposit against damages is required. No smoking allowed. Broadband is provided. No pets are allowed.
