A lovely three bedroom bungalow, sleeping 5 or 6, just 300m from the centre of the popular holiday destination of the creek side village Mylor Bridge. Just outside the vibrant maritime town of Falmouth.

Mylor Bridge has some great village stores with deli counter, a greengrocer, a butchers, a village pub and a large childrens playground and field. The village is a few minute's drive from Mylor Marina with sailing, boat hire and a watersports' centre offering excellent boating, plus a sailing school. There is a facilities shop/café, plus Castaways bar/restaurant and The Ganges restaurant.

There are beautiful coastal paths and sailing waters plus the sandy beaches at Maenporth are all nearby.

The bungalow has a well-equipped modern kitchen overlooking the secluded private garden. The kitchen is open to the lounge dining room. The utility room leads off the kitchen and out to the garden. At one end of the property you have the main double bedroom with en suite shower room. At the other end is the entrance hall with a second double bedroom plus a single bedroom with a trundle bed, and the main bathroom leads off the hall.

Private parking is provided on the drive. Oil central heating is provided for the colder months. Pets welcome, subject to agreement with owner. This is a non smoking property. A deposit against breakages required.
