This lovely second floor apartment has stunning views over Gyllynvase Beach and out to sea, a wonderful relaxing location. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and coastal paths and with easy access to the town with an excellent range of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is a 5 minute walk to Falmouth Town Railway Station linking it via Truro to the main UK rail network .Local attractions include the Maritime Museum, a busy harbour bustling with all types of sailing craft, Pendennis Castle, ferry trips to St Mawes and Truro. A short drive from the Helford River, the Lizard Peninsula with its rugged cliffs, St. Michael's Mount, the Eden Project. For those wanting to keep fit there is the local leisure centre nearby.

Tariff includes bed linen, electricity, heating, cot, high chair, stairgate and towels. The stairs from the main entrance lead to the first floor landing give access to the apartment entrance door and stairs to hallway.

 
 
 

This leads to the lounge with reclining sofas and large picture window with glorious views of Falmouth Bay. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area. The bathroom can be reached from here which has a bath, separate shower cubical and wash hand basin. There is a large double bedroom and twin bedroom (the latter accessed through the double) with sea views. There is a separate toilet with wash hand basin. Communal garden and laundry room which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are included, and a cot, high chair and stair gate are also available on request. No linen is provided for the cot. There is a £100 deposit against damages and is refundable after satisfactory inspection. Private parking for 1 car only. Non smoking property and no pets allowed.
Discounted terms have been arranged at the adjacent Falmouth Beach Hotel. The facilities include extensive gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hairdressers and restaurant.
