Facilities at Maenporth

Cove 1 is located at the bottom of the hill on the Maenporth Estate, set in mature woodlands, forming a natural backdrop against the sandy beach, with excellent leisure facilities for use by those staying at Maenporth Estate only. The Cove Bistro is close by, with a beach café close by from where some water sports can be enjoyed.
Just a couple of miles from Falmouth, which has a reputation for sailing, great restaurants, shops and the National Maritime Museum. Boat trips on the River Fal can be enjoyed. Within easy distance of the Helford river and well positioned to reach many of Cornwall‚s natural sites, gardens and a wide variety of excellent attractions, and the city of Truro not far away.

This apartment has three bedrooms (the master bedroom having an en suite shower room with wash basin and W.C.), and is furnished to a very high standard. The entrance hall opens into the lounge with a doorway into the conservatory. There is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. The balcony leading from the lounge enjoys the stunning views of the Bay and Cove. The apartment has two double-bedded rooms, one with a king size bed, the third bedroom has bunk beds. There is Sky television, a video and DVD player. The apartment is accessed from the internal lobby to Cove 1 and Penthouse, from the road leading up to the Maenporth Estate, and car parking is designated. The apartment is double-glazed and has oil central heating for the colder months. This is a non-smoking apartment, and a £50 deposit against damages is required. No pets.
