This is a beautifully presented Victorian house, situated on one of the most sought after roads in the picturesque town of Falmouth, with views over the Harbour and across the Falmouth Estuary.
The town centre is just a few minutes' walk away with shops, restaurants, the National Maritime Museum, harbour where various boat trips on the River Fal can be enjoyed. The lovely sandy beaches of Falmouth are not far away. Tariff includes bed linen, electricity, heating and towels. The entrance leads to a hall with a dining room, lounge, kitchen and stairs the first floor. The separate kitchen has an electric cooker and grill, plus a four ring gas hob. The dining room and lounge both have gas fires and feature fireplaces, with the dining room enjoying views over the harbour, also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with a toilet and hand basin.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with king size bed, and a second double bedroom plus a bunk bedded room. The king size and bunk bedroom enjoy the spectacular views over the harbour. The bathroom has a bath, with electric shower over, wash hand basin and W.C. The conservatory can be accessed from the bathroom if necessary, but the main entrance is from the terraced courtyard/garden at the rear of the house, with a pond and steps up to the garage. There is a lane which leads to the garage and garden. The cottage is fully central heated. Towels are provided. This is a non-smoking property, and a deposit against damages is required. Pets are not allowed.
