Situated at Helford Passage - on the shores of the Helford River lies this truly unique hamlet with wonderful holiday surroundings of incomparable beauty. The hamlet boasts the famous Ferry Boat Inn, around which the complex is built. The Inn itself, stands right on the waterfront overlooking the river and its informal atmosphere adds to your holiday pleasure.
The beach kiosk is where Helford River Boats operate a ferry service to the other side of the river, and small motor boats can be hired to explore the quiet creeks, or just enjoy a delicious ice cream on the beach. Visit Sarah's shop for gifts, beach wear, jewellery, cards and a range of delightful gifts.

Tariff includes bed linen, electricity, heating and use of the Helford Passage pool only.

A comfortable spacious ground floor apartment with patio, just off the beach and river, which has views of the beach and river from its sitting room. French windows offer access to the private patio. The accommodation sleeps six in three bedrooms. The double bedroom has a king sized bed, one twin and one bunk room, all having fitted wardrobes and wash basins. The double has an en-suite power shower and the bathroom a hand shower and corner bath. The fully modernised kitchen (with access to a separate W.C.) is now opening directly off the sitting/dining room. The flooring in the sitting/dining area is the original woodblock, and there is a wood-burning stove installed in the sitting room to complement the electric night store heating. A comfortable retreat for any time of the year. Short breaks not available. There is a flight of 31 steps from the car park to the apartment. Private car parking for one vehicle. A £50 deposit against damages is required. This is a non-smoking apartment. This property has Broadband facility. No pets are allowed.
