Location: Helford Passage on the North shore of the Helford River not far from the Ferryboat Inn. There is a flight of 31 steps from the car park to the apartment and a very short walk.

Situated at Helford Passage - on the shores of the Helford River lies this truly unique hamlet with wonderful holiday surroundings of incomparable beauty. The hamlet boasts the famous Ferry Boat Inn, around which the complex is built. The Inn itself, stands right on the waterfront overlooking the river and its informal atmosphere adds to your holiday pleasure.
The beach kiosk is where Helford River Boats operate a ferry service to the other side of the river, and small motor boats can be hired to explore the quiet creeks, or just enjoy a delicious ice cream on the beach. Visit Sarah's shop for gifts, beach wear, jewellery, cards and a range of delightful gifts.

Tariff includes bed linen, electricity, heating and use of the Helford Passage pool only.

Arguably this apartment has one of the finest positions in Helford Passage – down on the front with a very large patio area having panoramic views over the beach and river. The beach being within 20 yards and The Ferryboat Inn, a few paces further.

The large lounge/diner shares the same views and its south facing aspect ensures day long sunshine. This property has a modern kitchen, which is superbly equipped and easily managed. The bathroom has a full length bath with a powerful shower above. There are two large twin bedrooms, one with a view of the river, and a third with adult size bunk beds. The comfortable and pleasing decor is complemented by full night storage heating and is fully double glazed.

At the rear of the property is a separate entrance and undercover storage area for drying of wet suits etc.

A truly delightful apartment for any time of the year. Private parking for one car in the residents‚ car park.
