A charming cottage, right on Pedn Billy Beach on the lovely Helford River, about half a mile from the mouth, sleeps 4/6 people. There is no immediate access for cars. Your luggage will be taken down from The Lodge car park at the beginning of your stay and up again at the end. A leisurely walk through beautiful woods reaches the cottage.

The ground floor is spacious open plan with well-equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area and two patio doors leading to the fully enclosed garden with lawn and sun deck overlooking the beach. The first floor has a double and twin room (with two extra beds if required), bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC plus separate shower room.

The property has electric heating in all rooms for the colder months as well as a log effect fire in the sitting area. There is Sky television, Video and DVD. This is a non-smoking cottage. The telephone is available at all times and the owner will advise amount due for the use on departure. Broadband is provided and the password available from the caretaker on arrival. Domestic hot water is preheated by solar panels. Pets are not allowed.
Access: on arrival and departure luggage is transported by the caretaker, and the cottage reached by approximately a 400 meter walk through a lovely wooded area. Tariff includes bed linen, electricity and heating.
