This property occupies a truly magnificent position set above the picturesque village of Helford with spectacular views of the Helford Estuary. The award-winning house built in 2004, is beautifully appointed internally and equipped to a very high standard, with electric gated entrance. The house enjoys under-floor heating with individual thermostatic controls for each room, double glazing and full insulation.

Tariff includes bed linen, towels, electricity and heating.

A glazed lobby opens out to a large kitchen/dining room - a wonderfully light and spacious room with French windows opening to a terrace overlooking the river.

There is also a cloakroom and utility room on this level with a short flight of broad steps up to the spectacular sitting room with large open fire. There is an impressive TV with Sky Plus and sound system, French windows to a terrace and panoramic views over a long stretch of the Helford River. At a lower level there are three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus a bathroom for the twin bedroom and a games room. The large games room has two single beds, television and small billiard table, sleeping an additional 2 if required. All bedrooms on this level have their own doors to the garden.
At first floor is the master bedroom enjoying spectacular views down the river, with electric blind, pop-up television and en suite bathroom. A traditional cot and high chair are provided.
Outside there is a large gravel parking area and good sized lawned garden, two terraces with garden furniture. A hair dryer is provided in each bathroom. Towels are supplied but not beach towels. Pets allowed. Broadband is provided. A £200 deposit against damages is required.
Access to the property via security gates giving privacy and ample parking for cars.
