The Penthouse is located above the Cove apartments with outstanding views of the Bay and Cove. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, and has four bedrooms - two of which have en suite bathrooms, plus a third bathroom. There is a spacious lounge-dining area and separate kitchen. Access to the balcony can be gained from the two main bedrooms and the lounge. One bedroom has a king size double bed, two bedrooms with double beds and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. The apartment has oil central heating. There is Sky television, a Video and DVD player. This is a non-smoking apartment and a £50 deposit against damages is required. The apartment is accessed by stairs from the internal lobby for Cove 1 and Penthouse (from the road leading up to the Maenporth Estate), and car parking is designated. No pets.
