Situated at Helford Passage - on the shores of the Helford River lies this truly unique hamlet with wonderful holiday surroundings of incomparable beauty. The hamlet boasts the famous Ferry Boat Inn, around which the complex is built. The Inn itself, stands right on the waterfront overlooking the river and its informal atmosphere adds to your holiday pleasure. The beach kiosk is where Helford River Boats operate a ferry service to the other side of the river, and small motor boats can be hired to explore the quiet creeks, or just enjoy a delicious ice cream on the beach. Visit Sarah's shop for gifts, beach wear, jewellery, cards and a range of delightful gifts.

On the first floor, this refurbished apartment provides luxurious and spacious living for six, with beautiful views of the beach and river. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms; the main bedroom benefits from a king size bed, overlooks the river, and has fitted wardrobes and a hand basin. Bedroom two has a set of adult bunk beds, and bedroom 3 a further two single beds. Attractive wooden floors exist through all the living areas, except for the three bedrooms, all of which are carpeted. The bathroom has a WC, bath with shower over, hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also an additional separate WC with hand basin and heated towel rail, together with a separate shower room dismissing any queues for the main bathroom.

The large Lounge/Dining area has beautiful views of the river and beach from both the windows and French doors, together with a large flat screen digital TV and a CD/MP3 player .There is a separate well equipped kitchen off the lounge/diner. The imaginatively converted loft space offers a separate “den area” fitted out for children with analogue TV/VIDEO/DVD and playstation, as well as an office space, complete with a PC and broadband with limited access supplied. The apartment has double glazing throughout and night storage heaters for the colder months, ensuring comfortable holidaying for any time of the year. Uniquely there is parking available for two cars, and the swimming pool is an easy two minute walk. A £50 deposit against damages is required. This is a non smoking apartment
