Situated at Helford Passage - on the shores of the Helford River lies this truly unique hamlet with wonderful holiday surroundings of incomparable beauty. The hamlet boasts the famous Ferry Boat Inn, around which the complex is built. The Inn itself, stands right on the waterfront overlooking the river and its informal atmosphere adds to your holiday pleasure.
The beach kiosk is where Helford River Boats operate a ferry service to the other side of the river, and small motor boats can be hired to explore the quiet creeks, or just enjoy a delicious ice cream on the beach. Visit Sarah‚s shop for gifts, beach wear, jewellery, cards and a range of delightful gifts.

A delightfully decorated and fully equipped first floor apartment that is situated over the Inn, with magnificent south facing views of the river and beyond. The French windows from the lounge lead onto a spacious balcony facing the river and only yards from the beach. The balcony has a garden table, four chairs and two sun beds. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The main bedroom has a double bed and the smaller bedroom two full size bunk beds, both bedrooms are fitted with built in wardrobes and vanity units. The W.C. plus shower room incorporates a large double size, fully tiled, power shower. Parking is directly behind the apartment and the heated swimming pool is just a few steps away across the car park. (Approached by 16 steps from the car park to the communal entrance foyer with The Strand.) Double glazed. Night store heating. Non smoking. No pets. Lovely views.
