Situated at Helford Passage - on the shores of the Helford River lies this truly unique hamlet with wonderful holiday surroundings of incomparable beauty. The hamlet boasts the famous Ferry Boat Inn, around which the complex is built. The Inn itself, stands right on the waterfront overlooking the river and its informal atmosphere adds to your holiday pleasure.
The beach kiosk is where Helford River Boats operate a ferry service to the other side of the river, and small motor boats can be hired to explore the quiet creeks, or just enjoy a delicious ice cream on the beach. Visit Sarah‚s shop for gifts, beach wear, jewellery, cards and a range of delightful gifts.

Tariff includes bed linen, electricity, heating and use of the Helford Passage pool only.

This spacious refurbished apartment with its own private entrance has 14 steps down to the entrance, located above the Inn with stunning panoramic south facing views of the Helford River and beyond. The entrance is via the Conservatory, or main door to the hallway which leads to all rooms. The newly fitted kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cafetierre. The bathroom has a W.C., wash basin, bath with shower over. The separate lounge has views of the river and patio door to the balcony. Also from the lounge there is a door to the conservatory. There are views also from both bedrooms, one fitted with a double bed and the other has twin beds, with a door from each bedroom leading onto the balcony, with balcony furniture. There are convector heaters in the sitting room, hall and conservatory plus under-floor heating in the conservatory. No pets. There is private parking for one vehicle. The property is a non smoking property.
