Swanpool Beach, Falmouth

Swanpool Beach is a beautiful sand and shingle beach with easy parking. It boasts fabulous food at the outdoor café and the activities include a fun bouncer, crazy golf course, nature reserve, water-sports and kayak hire. Thanks to a flood of great customers on TripAdvisor, it is the proud winner of a Certificate of Excellence. There are public toilets (including disabled facilities). Swanpool Beach is a WiFi hotspot. Surf the internet at the cafe while you enjoy a drink, on the car park looking at the view or even sat on the beach in the sun. Perfect for families; it’s a day at the beach and a whole lot more!


Praa Sands, Breage

With a car park and local facilities nearby, the stunning mile-long sandy beach is backed by a long sand dune system, offering both relaxation and adventure for the whole family. Praa Sands is great for surfers and has very good surf hire facilities. Other facilities include toilets, refreshments, wheel chair access, and lifeguard during summer, plus and stunning coastal walks. There is also the Praa Sands’ nine-hole golf course only minutes away.


Sennen Cove, Sennen

Tucked around the corner Land’s End (mainland Britain’s most westerly point) is Sennen Cove. It is one of the most popular beaches in the county, boasting one of the finest stretches of sand. Whitesands Beach’s large crescent shape faces the Atlantic Ocean making it a local hotspot for surfers. There is a well-equipped lifeguard service in operation during the main holiday season when it is generally safe to swim, and great food and refreshments nearby.
