The lounge is quite contemporary but cosy.

The central unit houses an electric hob and also the dining area on the lounge side of the unit.
The downstairs being open planned means that chef isn't excluded from the rest of the family.
There is a modern shower room on the ground floor, very useful if anyone has difficulties using the stairs.
The third bedroom is downstairs, has 3ft twin beds and is opposite the shower room.
The upstairs master bedroom is very spacious and has a 5ft bed. The original fireplace has been retained which compliments the modern style of the bedroom.

The outdoor swimming pool is for all residents to use. Open from May 1st until the end of September. Booking is necessary during the school holidays.

River View is a beautiful, mid-terrace, former Coastguard's cottage at Helford Passage in tranquil west Cornwall, just moments away from the Ferryboat Inn and the beach. The contemporary cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and has a sunny terrace with beautiful views of the water.

Truro is our main shopping centre, plus it's also good for cafes, pubs and the cinema.
If you fancy a round of crazy golf, try Swanpool. There's also a beach there and a cafe that serves fantastic ice creams.
The Eden Project is a fantastic day out for the family. About an hour's drive away.
